I've been playing for years and for the most part it's great and needless to say, addicting. One major complaint I have is paying for something I don't always get. I bought a bag of gems for $20 but never received them; plus I've noticed double charges. The other major complaint I have would be the raids. They will have maybe a couple of fair matches for the raids and then suddenly match you up with a small "town" just being established. You end up losing more by selecting "next" raid and paying the $1000, than you actually get from beating it. The expansions for land say they will be available in an update - its been that way for quite some time and they need to make it available. It would be nice to get passed a level 9 Boss Mansion too. They need to release some major updates for those that can't level up any further; keep my interest and others that have been playing for years.

I am new to this game. I played many similar games like this one and became addicted to it. Today, May 16, 2016, there was a little sale saying that it would give me 1500 gems if i paid $1 within 7 minutes! If there was a deal such as this one i would not pass it up. So I paid I clicked on the sale to purchase it and the system said that my purchase was successful. But then it said something like "connection error" and I tried to turn off and on the game. Only to find out that I didn't get my 1500 gems. I tried again and it repeated the same thing that just happened. So now I paid $2 for nothing.
I like this game, but please fix the payment system. And i would like to have my $2 dollars back or the 1500 gems that i had paid for.

This game is okay. The replay functions are not working and often times when someone attacks they are showing a success when it wasn't and you lose points. The time it takes for upgrades and training and amount of juice or cash you need to upgrade/train gets ridiculous the higher up you are. The match ups for raids needs some tweaking. Most of the time it gives you the same few gangs over and over again. If I skipped them the first time, do you think I am going to change my mind if you keep matching then to me for my raid over and over again? That just wastes cash and time. It would be nice to have more control over the players when attacking, such as choosing what they are going to attack. Also after some time it gets boring doing the same few things over and over again.
