I have owned this product since the company manufactured it. Since they were bought out, the software has drastically changed and I hate it! I’m grateful that it now actually connects to the device, but these endless training sessions are stupid! There needs to be a way to skip them.
I have used this device for years, why should I go through this. And, I end up spending entire days wearing the device, but getting no benefit from it because I forgot to trigger the training session! In the past, I could put it on, calibrate it, and then it simply worked. Give back that functionality!!
The only workaround I found is to set up a custom session, but this is still ridiculous. I want it to work the way it used to. Put it on, calibrate, and get the benefit from it. What is wrong with you people!

I bought the Lumo Lift years ago and unlike the other reviewers, I didn't enjoy the original app. It made the sensor vibrate too loud and too often, and I ended up ditching the sensor altogether because it was annoying and not discrete. When I came back to it I liked the new app. The training sessions were working. My posture was getting noticeably better. Then I lost the sensor for a few months and now my posture has been reset to day 1. I found the sensor and wanna start from the beginning, but the app won't let me. My back can't pick up where it left off.
If there was/is a way to go back to the beginning (and have a simple mode for the other reviewers) I would gladly change my review to 5 stars and recommend it to friends.

Classic case of good technology being completely subverted and sabotaged by inadequate software that hasn’t been thought through. Original software/app was adequate but somebody had the brilliant idea to change it where you have to follow their program and frankly if I had known they were going to change the app I would’ve never bought the sensor. How hard is it to give the user the ability to just monitor their posture as they desire as opposed to having to follow Lumo’s preset program.... of course they will say there’s a customization feature but why should I have to hassle with all that when the original just allowed me to wear the sensor and it let me know if there was a posture issue.
