Right now this is is my absolute favorite for meditation/yoga music. I listened to it nearly the whole time I was traveling abroad. It helps me sleep, cope with painful issues, and feel joyfully nostalgic. I wish more albums for chillout/meditation/yoga music were like this.

I find this wonderful collection of music to be quite soothing when I'm stressed out. As I have recently had to have some medical treatments that are stressful for me, I turn this on, close my eyes and it really does help me relax and cope with it.

This helps me sleep easier with all the pain I must deal with. It also helps my grandkids have a more peaceful sleep when they visit.
