If you've been unlucky enough to ever have a bike stolen (I've found myself in this position a couple of times, unfortunately) you know that the first thing you do is look for avenues of recourse. You scramble to get information dispersed and returned as fast as possible, because the longer your bike is gone, the less chance you'll ever see it again. This app could be your beacon of light in that moment, and I'd highly recommend registering your whips and applying the stickers. Having said that...lock your bike up. Use a U-lock. Through the rear wheel and the rear triangle. Maybe consider a small cable lock for the front wheel, or locking skewers. If you have a nice seat, figure that out, too. Don't leave your bike locked overnight in low-traffic areas. Honestly, once your bike is stolen, you'll probably never see it again, app or not. So. Just lock your bike up. High five!

I hope this app works because the thefts have to stop! I like how it's set up to get results! And the police are using it!
