Our Application takes your age, weight, height, gender, and activity level to calculate the exact amount of calories you can consume in a given day. This calculation is based on the BMR calculation. The only real way to figure out how to lose weight is to know how many calories you should be consuming in a day. This calculation is really the only way to achieve your weight loss goals.
