I love you weight loss app. It has worked better than anything else I’ve tried to change my attitude about food. I wonder if you have something that could help me learn to like vegetables? I’m type 2 diabetic. My Dr Wants me to try the Keto Zone diet, but it relies heavily on vegetables. There are very few veggies I can stand to eat. They make me gag. Maybe it’s psychological? If it is, maybe you can change that?

The hypnosis weight loss was the original download but when I did in app purchases of the music tracks and exercise it took over 10 hours to download. Some of my friends don't care for the man's voice but I listen to what he says and I sleep great, waking up feeling rested & care free. It's a wonderful tool for sleep even if the hypnosis doesn't immediately work. I would suggest downloading from the App Store and not in app purchases.
