iPad interface is intuitive. Native iPad dictation is functional in this app. However, it is not fully functional. For example, patient education and transmitting future labs are not available features and I have to go to my computer to get these done. Also, it is unstable and crashes multiple times daily but this has improved over the last six months.

Avoid! Very frustrating. Every version seems to come out with more bugs than the last, and there are several bugs we have asked to have fixed several times that still plague this app. It is also woefully unstable, crashing numerous times throughout the day. Will be leaving eCW altogether.

This has potential to be a good program, but each update gets more unstable. Program crashes or logs out or won't print scripts at least 10-20 times a day. Customer support with eCW is next to useless.
