I like the design of this game but hopefully they won’t close the server like what they did before

I have been playing for a while, roughly a year or so. The games quite fun you collect monsters train them with skills and attack other monsters. If you like Pokémon you’d probably enjoy this too. But there is a major bug I have encountered, one day when I logged in it said connection lost try again, it has been saying this for a few days and I’m unable to play. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and logging out then in again. I hope this bug is fixed soon. Btw if theirs any developers seeing this my accounts name is RogueHank and if you could help me it would mean a lot Thank you.
edit: I’ve been playing for longer now, and this bug hasn’t stopped but I have noticed it lasts from anywhere from a day to a few weeks, i’m unsure what fixes it/breaks it.
Additionally events like world boss or the capturing event seemed to stop happening when they use to happen quite frequently

DO NOT get this game or anything from this company. I couldn’t get into my account and contacted support. They take forever to respond and when I finally resolved the issue, I learned my account was hacked and got kicked out the app immediately. I contacted support again and have not heard a peep from them since. I had spent a lot of money on their IAPs and it’s all completely gone to waste because the hacker used my resources. Then I got no help whatsoever and it’s been about a week. Haypi doesn’t care enough about hackers on their game servers enough to deal with them or help their customers that have had their accounts compromised/stolen. You have been warned
