I noticed that only some of the buttons will function for my brand of tv. So I downloaded codes for a different model (same brand). After many tries I finally found 2 that work for my tv. I switch between the two for different functions as one will raise volume, but not lower (obviously the other remote lowers volume). A bit of a hassle, but it works and I’m happy. So don’t give up if you don’t luck out and have complete functionality. Just keep the one that works and find the other to make up for what’s missing.

So I bought the little IR piece, downloaded the app and super happy it worked! And then an add popped up. And then another. And another. I’m extremely disappointed. I spent $13 for the dongle, app is free. This is the app they have on the dongle. So I obviously paid for it and now I have to deal with ads to work my TVs?? I would have even paid a buck or something additional to remove ads once I saw it worked. THERE DOESN’T SEEM TO BE THAT OPTION ANYWHERE.

Was trying this on other devices that i have and it work like a charm - just this particular model won't work - not sure why. Maybe gotta re-work?
Else it's a 5 star app for me.
