This is the SECOND AVON APP that is screwed up. NO option for the USA? I am a representative and I tried to sign on the representative app and it kept telling me my phone number was incorrect! I verified it on my web browser Avon office page, I tried retyping, etc. still would not accept. NOW THIS? AVON is SUPPOSED to be a leading corporation and you can’t afford to hire someone who knows what they are doing when it comes to setting up an app for their representatives AND MORE IMPORTANTLY their customers? This is utterly ridiculous. Fix this site or you are going to and most likely already have lost thousands of sales and the potential for them to become repeat customers. Who wants to deal with this and then risk putting in financial information? NO ONE! If you can’t make a simple app work correctly, people certainly will not trust you have put security measures in place to keep their financial information safe AT ALL. COME ON AVON YOU’RE BETTER THAN THIS.... at least I sure hope you are!

I downloaded this app thinking it was going to be so easy to order online. Nope. At the very start, I kept looking, but there is no country “USA” listed. Really? Because Avon sure does sell a lot of merchandise in the USA. I could not go any further than the very first page to get started. I never even reached a merchandise page. No sale here today. Please, please fix this. This is a real problem. You need to address it before the holidays. This is an app driven society that does a LOT of shopping on our phones. FIX THIS.

I visited a reps page for my first time looking at Avon stuff in years. Got excited when I saw the pop-up for the app option. I was hopeful it would be more user friendly than the mobile browser conversion. I was sadly disappointed that Americans aren’t qualified enough to shop using Avon’s advanced technology.
