I used to LOVE my plate but it won’t let me adjust my calories or Marcos like the version prior to the AI “enhancement”. There are several strategies for curating a diet plan that are no longer taken into consideration with this app. Not only that but it did not actually track the macros correctly. I added my daily food which included 3 eggs, 5 oz salmon and 3oz chicken breast and the app calculated 25 grams of protein out of all that. Wildly inaccurate and not at all useful anymore.
