We all know what mobile games are today... My advice find your weight class and your community and have fun. There is a slight learning curve if your are a minimalist like me. You don't have to do every event everyday you can recover with a slight penalty.
pros: Nostalgia, playing a simple mmo, not predatory like origins, whales auto
cons: mobile games monetization, energy system limits dungeon farming and gaining levels.

Downloaded just to check but the same copy paste, pay to win mobile ragnarok game. Every two years they make a “new one”! I will tell you how this goes…you start with all auto pathing main quests that levels you up very fast. On the first few minutes they will offer you this “amazing” deal for $0.99c and you think…why not i got a dollar. Then you will keep playing and there will be daily quests that will give you some free prizes, great. Meanwhile there will be another “amazing sale” for some more stuff because the free stuff was not enough. You can spend all your money on those “amazing deals” …$1 here then $5 there, then $20 here…next thing you know you spent a few hundreds..great, i guess you think you should be the strongest right? …. WRONG!! There is a bunch of people who bought all the deals, plus did all the daily quests and also spent a few more to be better. The pvp content starts equal for a bit but as time progresses more and more “special deal” will come out and if you stop buying you will fall behind. If you are free to play forget any pvp content, but eventually doing daily and weekly quests gets boring. Save yourself of some frustration, hope this helps anyone.

The gap between F2P players and P2W players is huge. The fact that you can only buy gold gear with diamonds thru the auction hall says more then enough. The drop rate for everything is egregious, the game limits you on everything in the game. Want to farm instances? Too bad, you can only do them 3 times a day. Want to farm materials all day? You can’t, you’re limited by a stamina cap. They have VIP privileges that gives you access to things like auto gathering, free answers on the OX app quiz, etc. the game is fun and decent at first but then it gets extremely boring and repetitive. They force you to afk farm after you complete your dailies and that gives the minimum exp you need to level. You’ll get maybe 1 level a day after Lv40 if you’re lucky. I made it to Lv54 and stopped playing, the events are P2W. The P2W guilds runs and ruins the servers. There’s no way to obtain better gear outside of getting extremely lucky or crafting trash blue gear meanwhile the P2W players all have gold and purple gear.
