I like I am able to see my transactions history for multiple accounts. Takes a while for deposits to take effect to the account. Unable to change profile information on the app.

App is straightforward to use, and it’s always functioned fine for me. It is often a little bit slow to load, even on wifi. I also wish it had the ability to save drafts of claims. It’s frustrating to have to start over if time I have to exit the app to double check a detail.

With the direct deposit feature and ability to take pictures, reimbursement is very straight forward.
