The only problem I have with this app is that pending transactions disappear and sometimes don’t even show up until they clear which was horrible when my card was compromised. There were several pending transactions that didn’t show up and if they had, I would have been able to cancel my card sooner. Luckily they gave me all my money back but it could have been stopped sooner had I seen a pending transaction that I didn’t do.

I used to love my banking app, but within the past two to three weeks the option to deposit checks on the app has been taken away. Why?? I can’t always drive to my physical bank to deposit checks and my bank isn’t open on the weekends, so that’s never an option to get over there during that time. Please bring back full function of the app.

Before the new update and everything this past weekend, the app worked beautifully and was so easy to navigate. Showed exactly my balances, including pending transactions. Now with the new version, it takes forever to pull up my information, it's hard to use, and doesn't show my pending transactions so I can't tell exactly how much is left in my checking.
Not exactly what I was hoping from the new update of it, but eh.
