First couldn’t even sign up, “Resource not found” and just does nothing. The next screen when trying to pair a ring is impossible with 2 rings. How do you know which ring is which? Maybe you guys should print the serial number on the box? Still don’t know which ring I’m connected to. The whole profile setup is ridiculously hard to enter information. Have you heard of catching errors and presenting better messages to your end users or was this made with AI and monkeys? After using app for few days, it’s even worse, no connection to apple health to feed data in, there’s no status bars and any sort of user feedback as to when things are downloading from ring or anything. You could have spent your time waiting for the hardware delays by actually spending time making your app better, the app makes or breaks this kind of product and right now your app is ruining your product badly.

I believe the majority of people who have backed this campaign, really want this company to succeed. It’s in that spirit that I write this review. 1) Some are complaining about the birthday issue but after hearing me tap incessantly on my phone, my husband was brought up a screen which allowed easy access to my birth year. But I still don’t know how he did it! 2) I’ve had to delete and reinstall the app multiple times due to zero readings across-the-board despite having the most updated version. I downloaded a completely different, unrelated app, and because I can get data from that app, I’m still wearing the ring. Otherwise it would just be a decoration. 3) when I do receive sporadic data, I get no recommendations for how to improve my numbers and there are some that consistently read zero no matter what I do (like immunity, for example, which is the main reason I purchased this ring - I was originally going to purchase a whoop, but didn’t want another thing around my wrist). So that’s disappointing to say the least. Hopefully things will smooth out sooner than later. 🙏🏼

First, took hours to be able to log in, then there is no scroll for a birth date?! You have to go back in time month by month?! Seriously?! Anyone over five just doesn’t have time for that - and it just shows zero thought went into user design. Then they want you to input your health problems… but it won’t accept any possible outcomes, has zero suggestions, no drop down menu, and will not register none or zero or not applicable or any possibility of anything, so you can’t proceed with set up. What is the point? Ugh, was so excited to receive my ring. Was holding out hope this would actually work. Not so much.
