I started with them few months back and they were pretty good…. I asked for food without salt as I suffer from high blood pressure and they did pretty well also had me on a 1500 calorie diet. I traveled for a month and when I returned they change the app and the programs and I ended up with 1700 calories diet and food is way too salted (not edible for anyone). I asked if they can put me back to my 1500 and they said it’s not available! I just asked them to cut the salt from the food waiting to see the reply !’
