Best app for tracking workouts and progress. I used to hit plateaus because I wasn’t tracking reps and weights, but now it’s super easy for me to see what I did last week in order to progressively overload on each exercise. I’ve already noticed I’m getting stronger and bigger.
Beautiful charts, intuitive interfaces. Would highly recommend to anyone who’s serious about improving their performance in the gym!!

This app allows me to quickly record reps and/or time on each set without fumbling around a bunch of screens. Very efficient. Nice to see history both in graph form and numerically. Looking forward to presetting routine, which I hear is coming!
