App Profile: Tackling Tinnitus

Tackling Tinnitus is an evidence-based educational program aimed at providing individuals with tinnitus strategies to manage their condition. These include basic understanding of tinnitus mechanism, understanding possible treatment options, as well as learning coping strategies such as relaxation techniques. The strategies provided here are based on the cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) principles. Over 1000 individuals with tinnitus have completed this program with positive outcomes.
