Belle Period & PMDD Tracker

As someone with PMDD, it was wonderful to discover an app like Belle! This is so much more than a tracking app. Belle allows you to track every aspect of your cycle, and it gives you detailed data on what seems to be changing between the cycle time frames. It also offers you resources for support and research to help you along the way. I’m so happy to see an app that is supportive for conditions like PMDD, which is a condition still widely misunderstood by the medical community. The support team at Belle is also very kind! I was experiencing an issue with logging into my account. They got back to me and helped me to regain access to my account again. I would highly recommend this app to anybody because it’s a breath of fresh air and provides support during a time when we need it most! Thank you to the Belle team! 🙏🏻💛

I love that this app provides free and scientifically accurate information on hormones throughout the menstrual cycle along with infographics that make it easy to track the hormonal changes occurring. In addition, solutions to help in dealing with symptoms as a result of hormonal changes are also found on the app such as breathing techniques and meditations. This app has opened my eyes to so many different ways in which I could be supporting my body and menstrual cycle in each phase. I look forward to the CBT based courses that will be available soon to deepen my understanding of other female health issues. I often feel confused on how to manage the symptoms of each menstrual phase and feel like this app has helped me in better understanding and supporting my own body.

I got diagnosed with PMDD just recently, and just like everyone else, I was like “what is that!?” I’ve been doing a ton of research and decided to see if there’s an app tracker similar to a period tracker. I found belle and was blown away. Right in the beginning it takes you through a process of questions to so the app fits to you and your cycle/symptoms. It tells me when I’m in different phases because we all know with PMDD we are different people in the literal phase lol! It helps me track and understand myself better and prepare for those two weeks when my symptoms are the worse. It feels so personal and offers me support. My favorite part is that they give you little activities to complete throughout the day to help you process emotions which is essential for PMDD. This app is like a mini friend to help you regulate emotions which I have a hard time with. I 10/10 recommend to everyone who has a cycle!
