App Profile: Dahlia 1.1.9 Audio Journal

CONCEPT: 
Dahlia offers a meditation timer along with an audio recorder for daily reflections. Its purpose is to help you cultivate self-compassion and kindness towards yourself.


PRACTICAL:
Dahlia is currently designed exclusively for the Apple Watch. After downloading the app from the App Store, it should appear in the Watch app on your iPhone. If it doesn't, you can download Dahlia directly from the App Store on your Apple Watch.

For users with an earlier version of Dahlia, please remove the app from your Apple Watch and reinstall it from the App Store on your Apple Watch.

I apologize for any inconvenience. While Dahlia is currently an Apple Watch-only app, I am working on a new version for both the Apple Watch and iPhone. The October 2 update, with its new multiplatform architecture, will make downloads and updates smoother. Until then, enjoy free access to the Dahlia Apple Watch app.


DATA HANDLING: 
Your data in Dahlia, including recorded messages, is securely linked to your Apple ID profile. Dahlia enhances your mental health records by saving your meditation sessions as mindful minutes in Apple's Health app. Additionally, recorded messages are temporarily stored on your Apple Watch until they are erased at the start of each new six-day cycle. This structured cycle encourages you to record a mindful message for each calendar day.


SUBSCRIPTION OFFERINGS (From Wednesday, October 2 onwards):
Choose between a monthly subscription with a three-day trial period or a yearly subscription with a seven-day trial period. Both subscriptions auto-renew by default, and Apple will send an email notification before each renewal. You can manage your subscription settings, including turning off auto-renewal, in your Apple ID Account Settings on your paired iPhone.
