No longer Instacart, this is now a real Big Lots app and I can sign in with my rewards account. All my rewards and offers in one place and scannable at the store!

I had the same issue and many others. I downloaded and tried to sign in, but kept getting an error saying the email was invalid. Then it turned out to be an Instacart sign up. Makes zero sense. I suddenly got fearful I DL’d a fraudulent app so I quickly deleted it. I’m bummed. I go to Big Lots website many times daily so I was hoping for the app to be a bit easier than having to constantly sign in again like in the browser. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Weird and messed up

The app is so frustrating and not usable at all!! Approximately every minute, an add for some random app will pop up and take up the whole screen, and you have to wait a few seconds before you can close it. You think that’s it, then a minute later another add will pop up. It never ends. You CAN NOT use this app without the constant interruptions, making it worthless to use and buy anything from the actual Big Lots store.
