As a college student and father of five, balancing academics, family, and personal challenges has been incredibly tough, especially with my recent job loss and ADHD. Groodles Art Therapy has been a source of hope and a vital tool in my mental health journey.
The thoughtfully designed canvas and beautifully crafted guides have been instrumental in helping me manage my anxiety and depression. The interface is sooo user-friendly and the variety of creative exercises have provided me with a much-needed outlet for self-expression and stress relief.

I just found this app and have only tried the first exercise so far. However, I really like the concept and the voice used was very relaxing. I also appreciate that no personal data is collected. I wish the pages you draw saved to the app itself rather than your device images, to better keep your journal drawings private. At any rate it’s worth a try if you’re looking for a new journaling or mindfulness app to try.
