My aim is to help you identify your goals, and design a program that fits your needs while providing guidance and support throughout. My approach allows you to make changes, build healthy habits and most importantly GET RESULTS! All while still enjoying social occasions, family time and the things you love. - Weekly check ins with Stacey where your week as a whole will be reviewed. We don't just look at your training, we review mood, sleep, nutrition, mindset and so much more.
- Video feedback to weekly check in received within 24 hours.
- 24 hour support throughout the week if required, just simply drop a message.
- Education - the end goal is or you to have the knowledge and tools to go it alone and continue the healthy habits and lifestyle we build together.
