Love This Game!!!

This game is a lot of fun, and it has the same vibe as Soda Dungeon, which I love. There is a decent amount of strategy to this game, and it requires you to experiment a bit. That’s why it feels slow to those who stay on one run. Prestige often and try new things depending on what is tripping you up. I wish there was some tutorials for the other areas, they’re kinda confusing, but I’m having a blast on the main map. I love how there isn’t any ads, and that the mayor is available to help you progress a bit quicker. I absolutely love this game, can’t wait to see where it goes.

This recent update makes no sense.

Why did you get rid of the Christmas Island, I spent a lot of time on it sense I figured it was the harder version of the first island ( aka it’s just more of a grind) but then you delete to add an island that you have to use the premium currency to even access and to earn said currency you have to watch ads that hardly ever actually give it too you, or trivia which you have to answer correctly three times to earn the currency and if you fail once it’s like hey watch this ad for one last try, and the last way is to use your precious prestige points to earn. Not to mention you get the “opportunity” to earn more coins through ads but it’s such a little amount it’s never worth it. Not to mention the new island can be bought for 6 dollars, which gets you nothing more than the premium currency option other than a “cute” little message, with hearts, about boosting the dev team. Well it seems like yall to a play from Bungie’s book of removing content from the game just to add new content to milk even more money from people. And if you think oh but you don’t have to pay for it, don’t be fooled cause they make money from the ads to earn the premium currency and ads for the extra trivia try. Honestly I wouldn’t have been ticked off if they didn’t remove an island, I would have been like sick a new “3rd” island but no😞. Also you add a new building mechanic to build either residential or business building but failed to explain it to old players, idk if it’s explained to new players. Look I don’t want this to be seen as an attack against the devs but as a real critique against the current state of the gaming industry as a whole. It seems devs nowadays have to options to either make a well made product and be loyal to there fan base( where they earn there money), or just become a sellout to earn more money at the expense of the consumer.

Most creative idle game I’ve ever played

I don’t normally leave reviews. Very few games keep my interest for long enough to justify it. I use mobile games as a cheap source of dopamine, then I move on quickly. I’ve been through a lot of idle games since their gameplay loop requires minimal brainpower, so I’ve seen a lot. Most idle games are carbon copies of each other, with only slight differences going all the way back to the original Cookie Clicker. To be fair to the genre, there’s only so far you can stretch the idea. This one is the most creative spin on it I have seen. The basic idea of an idle game was rewritten from the ground up. Progressing does more than just make numbers go up faster, it also adds more elements to the gameplay. I also appreciate the fact that it is comparatively short. It’s likely to continue expanding as the game is developed further, but right now you can finish the game entirely in about 9 months of daily play, which means their content is dense enough to keep the gameplay interesting as it continues. That also means that some of the content doesn’t arrive until after you have played for a bit, so I should tell you that it does get better after a few hours of play. Ads and purchases: it is not only possible but reasonable and easy to play the game without spending a penny or watching a single ad. I watch a lot of ads myself because I want to support the creator and progress faster, but you don’t have to in order to have fun with the game.
