I tried several other apps to help me lose weight and gain strength but Mommy Mango blows them all out of the water. I never addressed the issues caused from my pregnancies (7 and 13 years ago!) so my stomach couldn’t become what I wanted until starting the healing process. She also explains in-depth what happens and why, and how best to address these issues to promote true healing as well as what to avoid that post-pregnancy bodies are more inclined to do. Hands down recommend!! What she’s doing here is like nothing else out there! ❤️

This is the perfect way to ease back into exercising, feel challenged, and get the work out in quick while two kids are running around! My diastasis gap was way too big for my little body, PT unfortunately wasn’t helping and my symptoms were terrible so I had surgery a few months ago. I’m seeing results from both and getting stronger every day. Thank you for a great program!!
