This is a wonderful app if you work with or have kids that are non verbal. You can tell the developer really cares as more features as being added often and it’s all well thought out for the kinds of kids who need this. Some updates I love, some I’m not crazy about, but almost everything is customizable. Bottom line I would absolutely recommend this app! The reason I would recommend this app over others is that it allows you to use your own photos or search for photos on the internet, and it lets you print them out at specified sizes so you can make your own visual cards quickly and easily. The print feature is huge if you have any tactile learners. One thing I wish they would change is to let you change the font, I’d prefer something like Georgia or Baskerville Old Face rather than what’s on there but it’s not anything that keeps me from still loving the app. The last thing I wish they would change is to make the normal features free but maybe have the instructional videos or tips be an added price. It makes complete sense to charge for therapists or teachers who are making money or improving their business from using this app, and all the more so if they’re using it for multiple kids, but some parents of special needs kids struggle from the financial fall out of that. The upside of this is that the price is quite low for all the features and accessibility you’re getting, so again, overall, I would 100% recommend it!

I love this app! I’m a clinical director at an ABA clinic in WV, and I have recommended this as an AAC option during parent training sessions. It is user friendly, and makes a great option for parents who are desperate for their child to communicate those wants and needs but just do not have a way to do so. I have tried it with my own son (17 months) and this has given him a voice to choose his own foods for meals and snacks, as well as activities! 🙌🏻 I love that there is a more advanced AAC option, and a separate “choice board” option. My young son wouldn’t benefit much from just the AAC option, but the choice board makes it so easy to have him practice making choices and also letting me know what he is wanting! I also love that it can be exported as a PDF, it makes it very easy to print in the moment when I need a choice board for a client at work. This app is amazing!

As an SLP I’m always looking for user friendly apps for my parents and myself to use with my youngest clients. This is by far the most user friendly and adaptable app I’ve seen so far. Thank you for creating it. I can’t wait to start teaching my families how to use it. And also thank you for allowing me to share boards that I create with my families. Saves me so much time since I don’t have to do double the work and keeps all of the providers and family using the same icons.
