ARCANE RUSH: Auto Battler

Gotten very far in the game without spending any money and I really enjoyed it, but now I hit a wall where I lost majority of my match. Progress becomes so slow with so many upgrades and limited gold given daily. You month of work could be bought for $50 or so. I don’t see myself playing this game for long, but I still recommend it to people who looking for a strategy game. The game did a really good jobs on making you not play just one deck, every match you are given three random deck out of multiple deck. For this reason you have to be very good at more than one deck. For me this is very fun and enjoyable, forcing you to be more flexible as a player. However This is also another reason it a p2w, sometime you won’t be getting the deck you spent the most on. You need to invest in more than one deck so your random pick would give you a good deck. With the restricted daily gold given, building multiple deck would take years. Spending money would increase your progress a lot, and you definitely need to spend a good amount to build a well competitive deck. I seen video of player using the same combo I am using with 100 time better result than I am, this is because my card lvl are so low compare to them. There nothing wrong with spending money, If you are willing to do that, I highly recommend this game. Just don’t expect to go high without spending any money.

(update) A couple more issues. One, the undead race is too overpowered - with the right combination of units you can beat nearly any opponent. Second, the UI animations (switching between tabs, etc) and animations between rounds really slow the game's flow - makes for a lot of waiting. Would be really nice if we could turn those off/skip through them. Wish I could turn off the voiceovers too, as the dealer VO gets annoying. (End update) Fun deck battler/auto-chess hybrid with good production values (except the female voiceover dialog - it's pretty cheesy). The one thing that's just ridiculous is that you can't sell cards from your hand. This becomes really problematic if both your field and your hand are full and you want to buy a card, especially if that card is one that will upgrade one you have and all your field units are really good/upgraded (so you don't want to sell any of them) - you should at LEAST be able to buy a card for upgrading if at least one of the two matches you already own is in your hand, as that match will disappear, leaving an open spot in your hand for the newly upgraded card. It's not such a big deal early in a game when you still have open spots on the field or cards on the field you're willing to sell, but later in a game it really gets annoying.

Yes the game is slightly rng based but even with that bad luck sometimes, it’s still fun. There is no crazy pay wall like people are saying. you don’t need really good hero’s in order to win games, just luck and some strategy you’ll get better hero’s as you progress. The progression system is literally gold. don’t save gold spend it all. I read a comment that you need to be careful with how you send your gold. there is literally nothing else to spend gold on pal. also there is no direct way in the shop to get gold but technically you can use your diamonds to buy a chest which will give you gold. Very fun game and excited for future updates. Also quality of life change needed the freeze for the shop cards is a bit finicky and sometimes the border doesn’t show up around the card
