I will start with the ONE good thing about the new app and that is the camera. Zooming is more efficient and clear, labeling has gotten a lot better. Now the list of things wrong is very long and ever changing. I have noticed that when the update and fix some bugs other features that already worked great are now wrong or glitching. There are incorrect scripts for certain companies which forces me to upload from my computer so I can get the correct questions, this never happened with the old app. Recently, I have noticed many orders that do not send and give an error of “failed to upload results” while at the same time showing that all photos have uploaded and been verified. When this happens I am then forced to search my download history on my phone, screenshot the pictures from the order and upload at home on my computer. This app has turned a nice, manageable job into longer hours at home on the computer making the small amount you get for each order not worth it. I really hope they get it figured out because I know I cannot be the only one struggling with this and the longer we wait it out for it to work better the more frustration builds.

The screen text is too small to read for someone who has even 20/20 vision. There are extra questions that are not required by accounts, but have to be answered in order to get to the actual work order information. Unable to hot key photos like in previous app. Only allowed certain “favorites” and not the full list that was previously available. Unable to take photos with a selfie stick as the Bluetooth does not attach through the new app being forced to use this new app when the previous app was not broken and worked perfectly fine takes longer to do a work order than previous and we don’t get paid more for it.

Just fire whoever is responsible for designing and creating this app. Layout is horrible, zoom is non-responsive half the time. Crashes constantly! An app is supposed to make our life easier out in the field, and this is just the worst thing to ever happen to an inspector for safeguard. Bring back zoom on the whole screen. You guys really messed this up. If I could give -1,000,000 stars, I would. Seriously makes me reconsider whether I even wanna work for Safeguard anymore.
