The workouts are challenging in a good way. They cam be modified with rep count and you can see what reps and weight you did in the past to progressively challenge yourself. I love the nutrition portion also. I am given specific macro goals and see my overall progress which has helped see where I need to improve and/or have seen progress. It keeps track of my check-in photos, weight, body fat and waist measurements. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the app. Been using it for 6 months and have decreased my body fat by 3% which is great since I am already lean. Thankful to have Kristopher (Korrective Pfitness) as my trainer.

For those that feel that they have not been challenged and get board at the gym this app and programming will challenge you. On the other hand if the rep counts are to high they can be reduced just with a simple click either way it will be a good fit for your weight loss goals.
