My experience with the app Wally lite has been positive. The app has proven extremely user-friendly as it is easy to add transactions and delete mistakes. My recommendation for the app is to make adding categories the first option instead of having to search for it.
I also found the diagrams and charts in the review option very helpful as it shows what I have spent money on. I suggest that to make it easy to view the entirety of my purchases there could be a full pie chart of all I have purchased. It was easy to change my currency and I found that useful.
I also tried to use the receipt scanner but keep having troubles as it couldn’t scan clearly; I would suggest trying to fix that issue making it easier to use.
Overall, I enjoy using Wally lite and I will continue using it since I have found no major reason to update it to Wally Next.

This app is pretty nice. It lets me itemize my monthly reoccurring expenses with my single paid expenses. Works just like a ledger, which is what I wanted. No fancy gimmicks, no tie in to banking accounts required. I would have given it 5 stars except that I can't view my projected budget for the next month until I'm in that months cycle even though I can have reoccurring expenses set for that month prior to being in it. Yeah, other than that, I love it. For what I needed, it works great.

The app is brilliant and makes it easy to track basic house expenses which is why I started using this in the first place. But lately I’ve been getting mails and notifications to upgrade the app to a premium version which I don’t want. I don’t want fancy features .. just the basic tracking of my monthly expenses ..
The customer support is quite poor .. I’ve contacted them to check if I can retain the free version of the app.. and have not heard back from them for more than a month. It’s like they just don’t care about their customers..
If they force upgrade the app for the user or turn the free version off for those who do not upgrade, it would be a disaster and shows the company is more greed driven than customer driven..
