My visualizations came true w this! When I used to be in a bad relationship I would use the 6 phase meditation to visualize what I wanted. The strange and magical thing that happened was I kept getting a vision of an amazing man kissing the back of my neck on a balcony to a house. I didn’t create the vision. It just kept coming to me. I wondered why the house was not what I imagined I would buy because of some details about the long drop from the balcony to the land below and a feeling of lack of yard space and some other really specific things I didn’t see myself picking in a house. But at the same time I loved everything about the vision and the man especially. But being an interior design junkie I just kind of l laughed at myself and blew it off as of course I’m gonna be picky in my visualizations too! Fast forward a few years and I swear on all of my loved ones that I was at that exact house with that exact man kissing my neck on the balcony at an incredible luxury tree house we rented after eloping in the forest near by!!! It came to me much later that holy $h@t that was the vision! I just wanted to share this in case anyone out there is frustrated with meditation and so that they know their visions will come true in the perfect timing that the universal conditions are right. I found Vishen through Jay Shetty’s podcast. After listening to it I immediately began to practice the lofty questions. This simple change from an affirmation to a questions made such a big impact on me. Every single one of the questions I crafted for myself have led me to exactly what I was searching for. My body is healthier, I’ve gotten a promotion, I’m able to give people more of my presence and energy, I’m more patient with myself and others, I’ve found other mentors for fighting my fears like ‘Yes Theory’. This is all in the span of less than two months. Since then I downloaded the app and started participating in the 6 phase mediation. I notice a difference in the quality of my day every time I meditate but especially when I use the guided meditations from Vishen. I plan to eventually try some of the classes from the other teachers on the app. I can’t recommend this app enough to anyone looking for guidance of any kind. Thank you so much Vishen, without even knowing me you have mentored me and taught me how to change my own life and create things I never thought I was capable of.

I have come to really love and enjoy most Mindvalley efforts. Omvana is no exception. While it is a tool, it is also a vehicle of change. Our enlightenment and Healing is always inside us, but getting support to unlock it is critical.
