Reviews: What People Think About Tät Pelvic floor exercises
Lauren Jatich
Rating: 5/5
Honestly, I downloaded all the kegel apps and tried them out 3 days. A lot of them were so confusing and complicated. In my opinion this one is the best. It has a calendar that keeps track of everything and they have different exercises and tell you how to do them so you can progress. I also have kegel weights so sometimes I’ll stick with an easier exercise but do it with those. Only thing for me is the sound. They have a mute option but I like to hear it so I can multitask. Unfortunately, the sound is annoying and anyone around us usually like “what is that”? But that’s just one little thing. Save your time and get this app!

The Tät app is so simple yet comprehensive. Neither the interface nor the exercises are overwhelming or intimidating, and it is easy to use daily. There is a little calendar that logs each exercise you've done; quick, clear instructions; choice of a dozen short 'routines', and the option to set reminders. Please don't change anything about this app, it is the only health app I have ever actually enjoyed using daily - thank you so much for creating it!

The internet is full of kegal programs that are too easy, or too hard, or take too long...but this app is easy to use and has multiple levels of exercises that can be done in just a few minutes (I do mine at the end of my daily workout)...AND THEY WORK! Every woman should have this app on the phone.
