App Profile: Travel in Taiwan

This App is the online e-magazine version of Travel in Taiwan, a bimonthly English magazine produced by Vision Creative Marketing & Media Co. and published by the Taiwan Tourism Bureau. The magazine introduces Taiwan as a travel destination and includes articles about sightseeing, self-help trips, and organized tours, culture, scenery, nature, outdoor activities, cuisine, accommodation, and much more. The App includes the same articles as the print version of Travel in Taiwan and has in addition more content, such as images, full-screen slide shows, links to videos, and more. The App is a helpful and convenient source of information for travelers visiting Taiwan.

2017 September/October Issue
In this issue of Travel in Taiwan we are visiting the coastal area of Taichung City in central Taiwan, including the famous Zhenlan Temple in Dajia, the amazingly beautiful Gaomei Wetlands, and other cool places like a neighborhood with beautiful painted walls in Shalu District. Also in this issue: Yehliu Geopark and Yehliu Ocean World, rafting on Laonong River in southern Taiwan, a railway trip through the East Rift Valley, fine restaurants in lanes and alleys of Taipei, and exploring an old village in Pingtung County.
