Based on the description I thought I would be able to point this app towards my networked win7 PC and access my shares right off the bat, not so much. You have to install client software on whatever device, then select the specific files you want to share, then push them to your ipad/iPhone. There's no browsing through networked file shares. The reason I bought this was to avoid using my computer in the 1st place...

Only app that could easily
Transfer a database I had on my iPhone to another Apple device I have. And after the transfer this app was able to send the file to the correct app on the receiving device and the received file opened perfectly.
Hope this app never goes away and continues to be
on App Store.
