After trying others I found the accuracy and global reach I was looking for

I started out with the free version of this app and really liked the look and feel. Right from the beginning I had some trouble finding some airports. This happened no matter if I searched on an actual city name, a three letter identifier or a four letter identifier. I was usually able to find a work around but still found it frustrating.
When I saw the new version of the app I happily paid for the upgrade thinking that the new version would cure some of the issues that were occurring in the free version.
Unfortunately that did not happen and now I have two seemingly identical installs both with the aforementioned problems.
Sometimes even if I know the correct identifier the app won’t accept it when I enter it. And, sometimes when the search gives me the correct answer it is hidden under the banner at the top of the search window. This keeps me from being able to tap and select it.
I am using the app on an iPad Pro and would find it very useful if I could get it workin properly. I am a former pilot and really thought this would be fun to have and work with.

I am an ex USAF C 141 pilot and I would have loved to have had this app in my pocket back then. It is not a toy, and has lots of useful information for pilots .
