I work a 5/2, 5/3 shift and my wife dispatches working a 4/2. I emailed asking if there was a way to load both schedules at once so I can see both our days on and off. I was emailed back within a half or or so (late on a Friday night) explaining it wasn’t possible but that they could be combined to create a new schedule. I did the shifts out for 30 days (luckily my wife and I had the same day one recently) and submitted it. Saturday morning I get an email that my schedule has been added to the list. Exactly what I was looking for. That’s great service!

I have used your app for many years, way back when I've had to purchase it for every new device and always found it worthwhile. I have not seen any other calendar app for first responders that comes close. However, I would love for the app to sync across devices, including the watch. I would even pay more for this or it could be an additional charge. Thank you for reading

I loved this app and I literally use it multiple times a day. Just earlier this evening (January 18th, 2021) I realized my CopApp had updated itself since the last time I used it earlier today. It appears that almost all the notes I had entered on any date where I did not also change the color to blue, green, yellow, or red (the only color choices on the old version) are now GONE!!! I’m now trying to recreate MONTHS (even years) of data from memory. 😕😕😕
UPDATE!!! I emailed the app developers and they helped me get full functionality back! I am a happy camper again 😊

Simple Calendar App for Repeating Shift Schedules & adding notes/highlight colors for any day. Choose from Light or Dark themes, and customize to your schedule.
Upgrade for Pro Features like adding notes and reminders, highlight colors for any day, import/export schedule, share schedule, and more!
For anyone that has a rotating/repeating shift schedule -- Calendar/Schedule app, for example if police officers wish to view which squads work together and which squads have days off.
Tap Settings-->Set Rotation Days to change schedules - supports any combination of custom text.. For instance, supports 3 squads, with repeating schedules of:
• 5 days on, 2 days off, then 5 days on, 3 days off
• 4 days on, then 2 days off
• ... or make your own schedule, like: On, On, On, Off, Off, Off or AA,BB,CC,DD
Tap on Edit button for any day to flip the screen and Add Notes for any day or highlight it a color for important dates.
Tap on Set Rotation Days to customize the days to rotate (add, remove, move days around) to make the schedule exactly match your own.
Load templates to download a predefined schedules so you don't need to enter it manually. You can also enter a 4 digit code to instantly set up your schedule.
** If your schedule is similar to one of the templates, you can edit it to make it like your own. If you want to add your schedule to the list, just email support with your schedule name and the text (ie: On,On,On,On,Off,Off -- or A,A,B,B,C,C -- or D,D,D,-,-,-,N,N,N,N, etc...) **

Automatically highlight a color for text string for the calendar by setting it one time in settings. Choose up to 3 different colors/string combos.
