This is a great app! It is a great way for different children across the world to learn about different words like isthmus and archipelago. They may also learn about what a landform is. Your child may spend twenty-four hours a day doing this type of water and landform education. Weather your child lives in North America or South America, Africa, Asia, or Europe, It is EDUCATION!!!!!!!!

When matching images, it doesn't recognize that there's a match at. Even if the colored dots in the corners match. So there is no progressing.
I like that there is actual pictures as well as the usual nomenclature card images, but that's about it.
Not worth $4 IMO, maybe 99 cents. I kind of wished I didn't waste $4 on it now. :/

Learn to identify the land and water forms with this app for preschool, kindergarten, or first grade, that complements the geography materials used in the Montessori Classroom!
The Learning Center: learn the names and definitions of the forms:
Touch a form in the photo strip to change the featured form on the page. Touch the speaker button to hear the correct pronunciation of the form and touch the camera button to see an actual photograph of the form. Touch the definition button to see and hear the definition of the form.
Card Matching (Shapes & Labels): Practice identifying the forms using the Montessori three-part card system:
Follow the audio prompts to find the requested shape or label and place them in the correct position.
Card Matching (Pictures): Practice identifying the land and water forms using actual photographs:
Drag the picture cards underneath the control cards. The pictures will snap into place when placed correctly.
Coloring: Using your finger or a stylus, color the land and water forms. You can save your work to the photos on your device.
This Montessori application was co-developed and approved by an AMI certified, Montessori Teacher with over forty years experience.
