Being stuck at my desk majority of the day for work really takes a toll on my body. These quick workouts are a great way to move your body around every hour or so. Definitely worth the 2 dollar monthly fee. Great way to start up a workout routine as well. 2 Thumbs up

Good I hope we could play music but other than that it’s fantastic no ads at all you barely even asked for money this is the best exercise workout I’ve ever played

Nice and simple. It really only takes 5 minutes or less. The thing that sways me away from exercise is how much time it may take and this encourages me to exercise because of how little time it takes.
