I open my email and I happen to see the Christmas list release for Carly!!! I got so excited seeing that there was an option for “play videos via USB“ excitedly, I went to my garage, connected to my Carly but could not find the option under the (iDrive options). I feel like I was tricked and received a lump of coal for Christmas as I was so excited for this option for F models 😞 I still gave ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because I’m still hoping and praying this is fixed as it would save me or anyone thousands of dollars by not having to upgrade to the EVO Head unit. (I’m patiently waiting to be able to stream Netflix)

I had this app for several versions and I saw it getting better and better. I think that users need to understand that there are several conditions that need to be met in order for this to work: app, transducer with the LATEST firmware (this was the issue with my last update) and some knowledge of the car. Put them together and the app works. It’s not going to do ANYTHING you want but the guys are working constantly to expand it. I’m happy!

The app seems good and does what i want but the app cost 45 dollars if that is not enough i go to register a new battery for that is an in app purchase of additional 10 dollars then i click on i drive that is another in app purchase of 15 dollars i click on service reset and that is another in app purchase of 5 dollars. Are you kidding me it was 80 for the adapter as well this developer is just out to scam and rob people. If i am paying for the pro version of the app for 45 dollars and the 80 for the adapter that should be it, not a nickel and dine additional for each feature whit-in a paid app. Ridiculous
