The app itself is easy to use but the delivery service is confusing. It tells you the fast option will deliver in 40 - 50 minutes but doesn’t tell you the cutoff time. So only after taking the time to shop for a min of 10 items can you begin the checkout process and they tell you it will be delivered 8:30 am the next day...
Then I tried the regular option and decided I would order everything I need and just have them bring everything to me tomorrow. I added 31 items to my cart and then when I went to check out it gave me the option to deliver in 6 days from today, not tomorrow or even the day after. There is no option to pay extra to have it delivered tomorrow either. Very frustrating experience :/ I decided to quit and just go to the grocery store in person tomorrow.
Please provide CUTOFF times for deliveries on the home screen for each shopping option & the ability to check delivery dates/times BEFORE shopping would also be helpful.
