The app was functioning alright before with the exception of me having to log in multiple times before it actually worked (using my correct log in I’d be kicked off right after logging in and would have to log in again several times). Lately it gives me an error message and the app won’t even work.
Besides the app the bank is wonderful. I’ve been a member since I was old enough to open an account at GTE.

Why doesn’t this app work? I just took the front pic and hit “done” then entered the amount but it doesn’t show the front image. It won’t let u take the back image until the front is done.

This app should be simple but even after I login it tells me I cannot use deposit until I am logged in , so I have to do it multiple times just to hope I can begin the process . Even after that, when you try taking a picture of a check, it doesn’t work and makes you do it over and over again for the front and back to the pint that it’s not even worth it to use. I’m better off going to the bank . Fix the app
