Glitches all the time and super slow. This needs to be more user friendly.

يحتاج تعديل في ٣ نقاط مهمة لاحظتها خلال استخدامي:
١-موضوع انه كل مره ادخل تأتي شاشة الشرح غير منطقيه المفروض تكون في اول استخدام فقط وليس كل مره ادخل يشرحلي كيف استخدم البرنامج!!
٢-ميزه تذكرني لا تعمل كما يجب حيث انه يتذكرني احياناً و غالباً لا يتم تذكر اسم المستخدم ويجب ان ادخل اسم المستخدم بنفسي!
٣-اعلان خدمة جنى يطلع كل مره ادخل ويسبب بطىء في عمليه الدخول بسرعه للصفحه الرئيسية وهذا مزعج!!
1-every time i log in the app show me the tutorial screen witch is unnecessary it should be for the first time use only!
2-remember me service is not working properly as i have to enter my user name most of the manually although i turn it on !!
3-jana service screen is popping up every single time I log in and it’s annoying because i have to skip it and this make the main screen view slower.

Finally and about time that BSF launches this amazing banking application for it's customers.
I think it's so easy to use, download and start (although I didn't know how to change my devise profile online) and when I finally did I can have access and navigate easily.
I think it's missing the customization as I don't have credit card yet still I get the whole menu. But this is not important. Right now u can enjoy doing transactions more than online.
