Not sure where this app is getting the chart data from, but I'm assuming there's a 14 year old somewhere who thinks he knows music and has created this.
The 'charts' are showing music that's a few months old. The US chart is slightly more up to date, but the data is terrible, with several songs by the same artist showing in each chart.
You be better off doing a web search via Safari to get the latest charts.
