Horrible app. Doesn't even work. Just bought $10 credit . Every time I tried to dial a number, it just crashed. Just got scammed $10!

Voice quality is very unpredictable, even with good WiFi coverage and local calls. However the most perplexing problem I am experiencing is that there is a malfunction which causes a 3rd party's name and ID to appear on a recipient's phone, when I place a call, rather than my own name and ID. Sometimes the other party hangs up, because they do not recognize the caller. Other times I have to convince the recipient that it is me calling. Needless to say, it is quite a strange anomaly, and one which creates confusion. I would not bother reporting this, were it not for the complete absence of a service process to deal with customer issues. Their promotional literature lists a series of No's, No roaming fee, No contract, etc etc. Sadly there is also NO SERVICE. Repeated e-mails (the ONLY way to try to make contact) are either unanswered, or responded to with what are obviously stock answers not responsive to the issue raised.

At first, of course I was skeptical until I tried it a few times. Being hearing impaired I like the fact I can use speaker earphones. I paid up for future calls cause I feel positive I will be using this App quite often!
