This app have been crashing for days without fix. I doubt their software team is even testing the app before release.

I have lived in China for the past 10 years and have worked with a number of banks. As long as the bank has a good functioning app, I have had no issues. This app seems to think the year is 1999 and no foreigners open bank accounts besides to transfer money. I was required to open a new bank account at a local Bank of China branch. Opening the account was fine, but when I try to use this app, most of the normal mobile banking functions such as balance query do not work in the English version of the app. When I try to use those functions, it asks me to change to the Chinese language setting. Once I do that I need to verify my identity, but only ID from Hong Kong or Macau are recognized. Nothing for a passport holder.

Bank of China's Crude Oil Wealth Management, a wealth management product with a risk rating of r3, allows customers to lose all their principals, and brazenly informs customers to owe three times the principal! Credit is not yet available! It is said that 60,000 people across the country have been victimized, including the elderly and students! Horrible! Maybe one day you have no money in Bank of China, and it is not impossible to owe it 10 times! This is not a joke! Random searches for "crude oil treasure" have reports!
