This application can assist easy fitness exercises. You can enjoy
stretch/balance/aerobic/muscular exercises. Continue five exercises a
day for one month (each exercise takes about a minute.), and you can
consume 350kcal. (Calorie consumption may depends on age, gender, and
weight.)
