The craters of this app are so thoughtful for crating this app for any type of human beings to help live be easier than it already is thank goodness u crated this I am so so grateful for this look I just want to point out is who ever doesn't have this app get for a better learning experience that is it so I love this app 🤗🤗🤗😏

I've had a subscription for a while, but it stopped working. I can't contact the company--the online contact page link leads to an error, there's no customer support number available on the web, the app will not download any new books, I think this whole thing has turned into a scam. It's a shame that a children's reading website just takes your money and doesn't provide any books.

I have not been able to purchase books for the last two months though I have been billed and paid the fee. I receive the message "Cannot verify purchase, please contact customer support." I have had no success in reaching customer support. The program is good and my 5-year-old grandson loves to read along; however, he needs higher level books than what I currently have.
