I recently got a new phone while having this app. Don’t get me wrong I love it and would give it a 5 star it’s that good. However since getting my new phone this app WILL NOT let me log in and I know my password is correct, it keeps telling me either I’m not registered or password is wrong. Password wrong part wouldn’t be a problem if it gave you the option to reset, it doesn’t. So you are forced to go back though the registration part just to find at the end you are told you have an account already, and again not given the option to reset the password. I suffer from Crohn’s disease so I really need an app like this for me and my doctor to track my symptoms and issues. Sadly going on almost 3 weeks not being able to use the app, I’m now going to be forced to find a new app to use, which I know won’t be as efficient as this one since I tried several before this one.

I used this app during my symptoms, but started digging into my issues, and found the UC diagnosis is just a term “bleeding colon”. Further discovery on my part was I had a candida overgrowth CAUSING the UC. So tracking the symptoms is great, but people... dig further. I had to make MAJOR changes in my diet, and they are working ! No bloody stools ! uTube was also tremendous with the solution. If any improvements to the app should be made, you should add TRIGGERS that cause the issues. Also look at the time of year your problems occur... onset of winter. Hint, hint.

My hubby just got diagnose with UC.. Before i found this app he was pretty much withdraw.. And didnt wanna talk about the disease... Hated the paper i posted outside our bathroom so he can tally every bathroom trips he goes... Now we have this app on our phone.. I logged on the same account and i cam monitor is BM's urgency and pain level.. And with the supports he gets from other people in "BUTTBOOK" makes life dealing with UC a lil easier... Hard to take this app seriously now since there is someone that keeps deleting ppl and there's no one monitoring it. Half the time I get even get it to load. And this last update I can't see pictures or even my profile. Don't waste your time downloading.
