This isn't a rip-off of Flight Control; I'd say it's an attempt to go FC one better. There are only so many variations on the theme, after all; Harbor Master and FC are the same basic idea and I enjoy them both (although I tend to favor HM).
This game does present a challenge for those of us whose eyes aren't as good as they used to be, and I've only tried the thing twice, but already, I'm impressed by the look of the game. A lot of work obviously went into it, e.g. the shadows of the planes as they fly over the ground or river. So give the author(s) some credit!

A touch of clean up an fine tuning. I bought the full app and I do really like it. But the bottom quarter if the screen is used for a useless info window. If you could either loose that or somehow make the play area a little larger that would help with moving the tiny planes. A larger warning arrow in a more contrasting color would help to notice incoming aircraft. And the planes often do not land when they are properly lined up. The runway landing needs to be far more responsive. That is in my opinion all ATC needs to be a 5 star. Maybe make it so the info window can be hudden to make more room for larger plane icons? Please update. I want to live this game and give 5 stars.
