Didn't react correctly with normal finger geastures, zoom is less than exciting and half the time it failures to render a zoomed in image correctly. Not really much to see here, people. And the animation mode isn't animation: all it did was cycle through the colors on the current image. I got it free today. If I'd paid for this then I'd been majorly upset. The app has apparently been around for around 10 years now - sadly I think the only updates have been to make it 64 bit as the rest of the app feels every bit its age.

Perfect! Exactly what I was looking for. Easy to navigate (as long as you are patient and allow it to draw completely) and has the usual color options. I do wish there was an option to anti-alias or sub-sample the image to make a more attractive final image, and a few more color options would be nice, but what the app does, it does well!
